• Distribute 20-50 speakers evenly throughout the hemispherical main room of the Innovation Center.
  
• Create a software interface to enable sending sounds to specific locations around the room.
  
• When not under manual control, allow music to flow/pan around the room freely?
  

I'm thinking of this in terms of its musical performance potential, a la what Stockhausen did way back in 1970 at the Osaka World Expo (see above):
